CWTSatoTravel’s disciplined and iterative approach to User-Centered Design (UCD) and Usability Engineering (UE) performs complete user-centered design and usability engineering analyses, evaluations/tests, corrective actions to mitigate identified usability problems, and/or upgrades, to E2 Solutions applications.
